May work technically, but some (few?) strict TLD domain registries require
that MX records (at least for postmaster etc addresses) have to be fully
functional. And they also run random tests on issued domains. Would result
in a note "you have xx days to fix the system or your domain is subject to
cancellation".

Anyway, this would propably work nice with .com- .net- etc
"no questions asked as long as someone pays" domains...
