[exim-dev] An error in default exim configuration

Hello, devs

src/configure.default file has an error:

there's a line:

domainlist relay_to_domains =

at the same time acl_check_rcpt: checks for

   require message = relay not permitted
           domains = +local_domains : +relay_domains

Obviously it has to be

           domains = +local_domains : +relay_to_domains
