The line in that doc that Marc was referring to was the one telling you
to take questions about the Debian config to the Debian support forum.
Debian ships exim with a very different set of default configs than the
standard install, and this list generally can't support those configs
because we don't know or use them here.
The hubbed_hosts router in question is Debian-specific.
