Gna. I just checked a RH 7.2 system I still have running and its sendfile()
really wasn't LFS compatible then.
Since the sendfile inclusion is only giving a performance improvement for the
experimental DK (and in the future DKIM) feature, I'll deactivate
HAVE_LINUX_SENDFILE by default.
