[exim] ACL to discard message

Hi everyone,

can someone enlighten as to how I would create a rule that would discard a
message - and where would I put it

Rule I would like is if message id =
200612051412.kB5DtVW6002700@???
delete

I would think once I create that it should go in
/usr/local/etc/exim/configure file?
