[exim] "make test" for configuration file

After I make a change to a config I run a number of manual test using
the -bh option and also running Exim on a high port. Then I test
various IPs and test various addresses. I also use -d options to
make sure all the ACLs I expect to run do run. It would be nice to
automate this.

Are there any frameworks available for doing this with Exim?
