Example of what I have to do now to accomplish this:

deny    mime_regex =
${sg{${sg{${sg{${readfile{/etc/exim/control/blockcontent.txt}{:}}}{\\:+}{:}}}{#.*?\\:}{}}}{\\:\$}{}}
        message = spamsave - REGEX - Message contains blacklisted string
($regex_match_string) H=$sender_fullhost - S=$h_Subject: - F=$h_From: -
