This patch adds a variable containing a SMTP response string for failed callout
verifications.

I'm not familiar with Exim's codebase, I'd like to get it reviewed and possibly
included into the tree.

Sample usage:

warn !verify = sender/callout
     message = X-Reject: Sender verify failed: $callout_error_details
