IIRC (he says without checking with the docs), don't you need a domain pattern
in there? e.g. "route_data = * mail.artpub.co.za" ?

I'd guess that this router isn't even firing, because of that omission, and
that mail for neilausten@??? is being routed (and failing) by some
other router.
