That depends on the encoding.
Binary attachments (pictures, data files, etc.) are most likely
base64 encoded. This type of encoding creates 8 bits out of 6,
plus some extra for checksums, LF and headers and so on ...
So it makes your attachment(s) about 35% larger ...
With that in mind, 20MB message size means approx. ~14MB of
attachment size ...
