[exim] mail not send to exim server

When I send the mail from a another smtp servers to server with exim, I receive the following mail:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at athena.sema.ru.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

64.233.183.114 does not like recipient.

But if to send the letter from one account on another account of a server with exim all is ok.
Accordingly this letter does not send, in what there can be a problem?
