Hi,

I'm no expert at this, but it looks like your desperate given all of the
shouting.

I would run:

exim -qff <enter>

from the command line to try and force everything to go (regardless of
it's current state or retry period).

The other guys on the list may have some more elegant solutions, but
this might just be all you need.
