Hi,

I'd like to have command line options to log arbitrary strings to any exim log.
This might be useful to have things like "changed exim configuration to do foo"
right inside the log for later reference, and to force exim to create a new log
file if the old one has been rotated away. A missing log file might confuse
monitoring setups.
