There's the problem: some of your routers have the "suffix" options set, so
the "-ca" is seen as a suffix to the real address, and is removed prior to
processing.

http://exim.org/exim-html-4.63/doc/html/spec_html/ch15.html)
for "local_part_suffix" to learn more about this. If you don't use the
"suffix" functionality, then remove the "suffix" options from your routers.
