Well, I notice from the increasing number of backscatter
bounces I see which have non-null senders that this view
is becoming less popular of late. But yes, your bounce
certainly ought to!
I suppose you could special-case bounces to these people,
but why pay them any more attention than any other muppets
who refuse incoming bounces?
