[exim] MAX_INCLUDE_SIZE

Folks,
I am running exim 4.63 for a mailing list server, using VERP, etc.

Our data for our redirect router is about 2M of e-mail addresses. When trying
to send e-mail, we get:

2006-11-20 13:59:00 1GmEEC-000B4l-Qd == listname@??? R=lists_post
defer (-1): /usr/local/exim/mailinglists/lists/listname.txt is too big (max
1048576)

in the logs.

The router looks like this:

lists_post:
         driver = redirect
         domains = test.dyndns.com
         local_parts = lsearch;/usr/local/exim/mailinglists/lists/valid_lists.txt
         file = /usr/local/exim/mailinglists/lists/listname.txt
         forbid_pipe
         forbid_file
         errors_to = $local_part-bounce@???
         no_more

I have completed exim with the option "MAX_INCLUDE_SIZE=5242880" added to
Local/Makefile, rebuilt, and re-installed, but still get the same problem.

Any suggestions?
