[exim] Sender callbacks are a deliberate "bug"

Hi.

Apparently, sender callouts are a "bug".

Users like to say this:

I am getting this error at my mail server, sending mail to wheop.in:
"451 Could not complete sender verify callout".

Exim has a sender verify callout feature(bug?), which I think is the
pain. I just had to fix this one of our server when mail was being
rejected.
