Patch to avoid A-for-A lookups by res_search()
The patch seems large, but it's mostly whitespace changes and comments.
The approach taken here is to filter the call to res_search(), giving a
HOST_NOT_FOUND error if we're trying to get an A, AAAA, or A6 record for
something that string_is_ip_address() thinks is an IP address. All the
higher-level functions should then behave as expected.
