I'm not so sure.
It may be just a matter of logging verbosity, but we get a more definitive
response than that.
Vertical spacing inserted to offset MUA formating... this all on one line in the
log:
C="250 <455D8F5F.4040406@???> Queued mail for delivery" QT=2s DT=2s

Note the part:
C="250 .." and following - Hotmail's reply.
As stated - it may just be a 'verbosity' difference.
