A note of warning from experience with this feature in Postfix - if it is
there, people inevitably will leave it turned on when they shouldn't, much to
the annoyance of anyone who has mail queued for those people. I agree that it
is probably a useful feature to have, but it should be clearly documented that
it absolutely must never ever ever be left on for extended periods of time in
production use, or instant death (by remote sysadmin) may ensue.
