I appreciate the work done for this patch, but it is so incompatible that I
don't see how we can accept it asis. For instance, if I understand it
correctly, it breaks this ACL statement:
accept message = recipient must verify
verify = recipient
The point being that not all "accept" verbs use "endpass". I think we have to
invent "accept_message" if we want to provide this new facility.
