[exim] delay acl modifier and the trailing dot

Heya,

I'm trying to put a "delay" statement in the DATA acl, with the intent
of requiring the sender to stay connected for some time.

Even if the sender disconnects, message is delivered. Is there a way to
check if a socket is still open after a "delay" statement?
