This is interesting. I think there's a serious bug.

I eliminated ALL of the data in DynaStop.conf so it has NO RULES.
However I still get a 1 on this IP address.

64.202.189.21

And all IPs that return secureserver.net return a 1.

Anyone else having this problem?
