I think it only works with addresslists. However you can prefix each
domain with '*@' to achieve the same effect. Here's what I have done:
# Build fake addresslist from our routed domains
addresslist retry_relax = *@${sg {${lookup mysql{SELECT DISTINCT domain
FROM routes}{$value}fail}}{\n}{:*@}}
And in the retry section:
+retry_relax * F,31d,30m;
