That would be determined by analysing the logs, collecting the IP addresses,
then doing a systematic lookup of each ISP's TOS/AUP in relation to
dynamic/dhcp addresses being permitted to send mail directly subsequently
bypassing the provider's desinated MX server.

For my system, that has been 1 false positive as confirmed by the ISP in
question in a 5 year period.

This will be different per each system as each administrator has the ability
to select what they consider dynamic or not in the configuration file.

In Memory of Private First Class Van Chaffee

Let us not forget Private First Class Van Chaffee, casualty of the
Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, PFC Chaffee served our
country until May 25th, 1967 in Quang Tri, South Vietnam. He was 20
years old and was not married. Van died from illness or disease. His
body was recovered. Van was born on August 19th, 1946 in Garfield
Heights, Ohio.

PFC Chaffee is on panel 20E, line 101 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in
Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
