[exim] fascistic RCPT TO validation

Heya,

I observed that some MTAs can require RCPT TO arguments to have '<>'
around them. How do I do that in Exim?

Not really caring that an MTA SHOULD to be liberal in what it accepts,
I'd like to see if it for a particular purpose, say, stopping dumb
zombie worms pumping lots of spam.
