The srs_condition is expanded and the result is treated as a boolean.

It really depends on your exact set up. Maybe you could post your entire
routers section that way it might be easier to see why all your mail is
being mangled.

My only though is if you need to put your local delivery router before
your forwarding router and/or use a router pass option.
