[exim] X-Mailer

I have been working on stopping the Spam and have what I feel is pretty
damn good at stopping it, But the spam that is getting through I have
noticed the X-Mailer is a program called The Bat! How would I go about
writing a rule to stop the X-Mailer program the bat from getting in?
