No, it's just someone who can't be bothered to read or click on the link
at the bottom of each mail, and who prefers to make a nuisance of
theirself by sending mail with that subject to individual posters to the
list, quoting the entirety of the mail which was sent -- as if that's
going to achieve anything.
Best to just ignore them. They'll sober up at some point and unsubscribe
themselves, presumably.
