Honestly, these are actually already aggressive RBLs with false
positives. I would never blacklist directly from these without any
further verification.
For me, the only safe ones are relays.ordb.org and dnsbl.njabl.org.
Because these only list proven openrelays and there is a way to be
removed from these when the problem is corrected.
