[exim] SPA setup

I am trying to set up SPA auth. Is there something that can step me thru the
process? I found a site that states to edit /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template
and add the following to the 'auth/30_exim4-config_examples' section and to
create a password file. I can not determine the format of the password file
and I am not sure if this is all that is needed to get this to work.



spa:

driver = spa

public_name = NTLM

server_password = ${lookup{$1}lsearch{/etc/exim4/spa_clearpass}}



I have a Debian 3.1 (Sarge) system using exim4
