um... I assume he means how to configure exim to talk to
(>1) MySQL server. The answer is in §9.18 of the spec:

If you need load balancing (unlikely in most
configurations, I'd have thought) I think you'd need a
proxy, or to use (say) embedded perl to do your querying.
