There appears to be some obfuscation there... do you *actually* mean you have
the two boxes set with 'hostnames' or with 'HELO' as
...'ourwindowsbox'... '...ourlinuxbox...' or something else..
Aside from the two IP's listed, are there other IP or <domain>.<tld>:
- will the servers be in a pool, use other IP, relay from other IP?
- do they need to selectively 'HELO' depending on sender or choice of 'interface'?
- do you need to support forms or other web-driven mailing tools?

With mailing list management software, yes, 'tick a box' easily.
With Exim, less so, as, strictly speaking it not always 'legal' in all
jurisdictions (may fall under concealing the source, etc.)
