I feel very strongly that this should not be supported. If you don't want proper
callouts which reject mail from broken mailservers, then don't do callouts.
Giving the user an option to do broken callouts is not useful, overall.
Some addresses used in MAIL FROM: will accept _only_ bounces, and not mail with
non-empty reverse-path. Your broken callouts will get false negatives.
