[exim] message and log_message together?

Hi -

I have the following in my exim.conf (using exim 4.60 and 4.62).

warn message = X-Spam-SU-Note: User preference bypasses DNS-based tests
     log_message = User preference bypasses DNSBL and DNS reverse lookup
tests
     condition = ${if eq {$ACL_MSG_EXEMPTION_MODE}{4}{1}{0}}

The main.log file gets a note OK but the header doesn't seem to get
added.

Can I do these both together? Or is there something else I'm
overlooking?
