Well, I am online, am not quite awake, am most definitely not
coherent, and am occasionally an expert in some specific areas,
but only during the hours of about 4pm 'til 7pm ;)
However, I'll make the guess that you need a "manualroute" router
on exim1, and a "dnslookup" router on exim2. If your ISP
provides an SMTP server, though, you'll want a "manualroute"
lookup on exim2 instead.
Any errors in the above are due to reasons stated in paragraph 1.
