If you mean the main spool directory, then I don't know how to do it.
However, I've successfully used Jakob Hirsch's ODMR[1] to achieve an
almost the same thing, but outside the main spool, where mail is stored
in bsmtp format, ready to be handed over to the servers from those
domains, as long as they support ODMR.
