[exim] Easy Upgrades

Just a word of 'thanks!' to the folks who make upgrades painless:

- Philip Hazel & the Exim Devel team for keeping Exim as backward-compatible as
progress allows.

- 'krion' for keeping the FreeBSD Exim ports in good order

- 'sem' for the painless simplicity of use of 'portupgrade'

"portupgrade <currently-installed-exim-version>"

- followed by an "...~/exim.sh restart"

Not even one message lost....
