Assuming that you sent to the list via the same server as your problem
messages were sent from, you have serious DNS issues.

Your message reached the mailing list server from IP lhe.orbit.net.pk

That has the reverse lookup lhr63.pie.net.pk. But that name produces an
NXDOMAIN error (does not exist) when looked up.

Meanwhile the server sending the message claims in the EHLO to be
lhe.orbit.net.pk and that looks up as lhe.orbit.net.pk (so some servers will
be unhappy in various ways with that.

You should arrange to have rational name service.
