You can integrate the DCC checks using SpamAssassin.
The "connection" between exim and SpamAssassin can be done using an
smtp_data_acl for scanning the mails at SMTP time.
You'll find lots of examples in the list archives and, concerning
SpamAssassin and DCC, just take a look at the corresponding docs.
