[exim] Using run in filters

I'm trying to use "run" in an exim filter. I'm using the code below but
there has to be a cleaner way to do this.

if "" is "${run {/etc/exim/sql/ip-report spam
$h_X-Sender-Host-Address:}{}{}}"
then
endif
