verify_user_router router skipped: local_parts mismatch
testuser is a correct uid, so there seems to be some problem here..
Any ideas?

Try "exim -d+deliver -bv <address>"
-bt tests an address for routing "deliverability" (if such a word
exists), -bv verifies it.
