But mailing list postings are sent by humans. :-) Otherwise the new
Auto-submitted: check would (should) catch them.

It seems reasonable to add a List- check to the Precedence: check, and
given that there is a change anyway in the next release, now is probably
a good time to do it. I propose to add this condition to the list of
conditions that disable warnings:
{ !eq{$h_List-ID:$h_List-Post:$h_List-Subscribe:}{}}
