A better detective than I may find the flaw from the acls you posted.
But if a 'guess' was good enough, you would already have resolved the issue.
It rarely is.
Bump up your logging and be certain.
Actually fixing a problem takes long enough. Why waste even more time - often
looking in the wrong place - just to find it?
