[exim] exim_dbmbuild decode

Hi guys and gals,

I'd like to throw a hypothetical at you.

I build my DB files using exim_dbmbuild, which give me the usual .dir
and .pag files. If we can pretend for a second that I lose all other
files apart from the .dir and .pag files, is there any way that I can
reconstruct usable lists of data from them. I'm thinking a list of
domains that we currently relay for in particular.

A discussion at work just raised this, and I don't know the answer so
thought I'd ask.
