This is, as has been pointed out, drifting wildly
off-topic, but no, you're wrong in this case. The general
principle under European law is that processing of
personal data must be in accordance with the data
protection principles, as stated for instance in the UK
Data Protection Act 1998:

Clearly sending an email requires processing of personal
data (the text of the email, the email addresses and other
header text, the IP addresses of sender and receiver). The
question with your DNS lists is whether you can, having
obtained personal data and (presumably) lawfully used it
for some specific purpose -- sending or receiving an
email, then use it for some other purpose without the
consent of the subject. Generally the answer is that you
can't, though there are exceptions.
