[exim] spam scanning only the first X bytes of an email

Hi all,

At the moment my ACLs will let mails though that are bigger then X bytes
without spam scanning them to reduce load on the spam scanners (and, spams
generally are only a few k anyway). However, it's technically possible to
only pass the top of an email into spamd rather then the full email - is this
possible in Exim?
