It might also be worth requesting this as a feature. Assuming it's
possible to get it with the way that SpamAssassin is called from Exim (I
haven't checked exactly what it gets back from the SA daemon) it strikes
me as being a generically-useful feature to have a $spam_status
variable. Have a chat to Tom, the maintainer of the content scanning
extension (Tom, are you reading this?).
