[exim] Max Bcc in E-Mail

Hi @all!

Since some days our Servers refuse E-Mails (authenticated!) with more than 100
Addresses in BCC field.
I just upgraded our Server to Exim 4.62. Is it a know problem of this Version?
Or has this Version just a parameter to limit the Address-List?
