Does 'henman-np.b-eng.it.to-be.co.jp' have correct entries in a
DNS that *your* Exim can see?
And/or is 'henman-np.b-eng.it.to-be.co.jp' listed as a host to
be treated as local in ~/exim/configure?
If not, whose mind is Exim expected to read? And on what device
or fs does it appear?
